Overview

Skywren's life was like that of most boy's his age. He played pranks with his friends, tended to his uncle's flock of sheep, and tried to stay out of trouble with the bullies that Sull now allowed to rule the land. That all changed, though, when Skywren unexpectedly came across a Tor: a highly-intelligent reptilian creature with a knack for bursting into flames when provoked, previously thought extinct. The Tors come to Skywren with a destiny and future he cannot escape, but will he be able to live up to their hopes of riding the land of Sull and his evil?

Heather Choate was born in Littleton, Colorado. She now lives in a small town in Southern Colorado on a farm with her husband, Ben and four children. Writing is her escape from diaper changes and runny noses but motherhood is the greatest journey and joy of her life.
