About the Author

After obtaining his massage license in 1996, Michael Gansrow embarked on a career as a massage therapist. He then met his future wife while working together in the field and joined her in business doing chair massage at Colleges and Universities and corporations. He began a meditation and yoga practice in 2005 which started him on an inner journey to self-discovery. The process grew organically, and as it did he began to create these Simple Meditations. Mr. Gansrow lives in Long Island NY with his wife Meredith and 3 children. He enjoys playing guitar and harmonica and writing poetry.
