About the Author

The first form of writing that crept out of me was poetry. For about ten years now, 'Silent Musings' has been taking shape on yellow notepads, as notes on my phone and my blog. As life placed me in several situations, my reaction almost always was expressed as a page in this book. That is the reason you will weave through life itself as you turn the pages of 'Silent Musings'.
I was raised in India by parents who showed me life as is, with no pretense. Have been working in the US for over a decade now, adding to my trysts with moving, networking and interacting with people of different cultures.
Along the way, I embarked on building a family of my own, with my husband and two wonderful boys who contributed in their own way. I continue to meet wonderful people who make me part of their story and inspire me to write.
