We'll be taking, along with this young Sicilian author, a short trip through some cooking traditions.Here below are described the preparations of the most famous Sicilian dishes, but we also take advantage of this opportunity to read the specifications of a DOC of Ebrodi and of some legends about the island's rich culinary variety.

About the Author

Born in 1981 in Giarre, Rosario Tomarchio lives in Piedimonte Etneo, a small town in the province of Catania. After studying Restaurant business at the Institute for Catering Services G. Falcone Giarre, he attended civil service at the Italian Union of Blind and Visually Impaired.
Almost thirty years old, he joined the Faculty of Letters of Catania, rediscovering his passion for literature.
