Antique print dealer Maggie Summer is visiting Cape Cod to help her best friend, Gussie, with wedding preparations. But Gussie's quaint little town doesn't seem as friendly after Maggie finds the body of Gussie's neighbor on the beach and questions why the man's daughter says he died two years before - in a Colorado car crash. As Maggie gets more and more involved in the investigation, Gussie and Maggie's beau, Will, both begin to wonder: is Maggie avoiding confronting some of her own issues? But then there's another murder, storm winds start rising, and Maggie finds herself the next target. Maybe this time, she's has gotten in too deep.
