Shadow Walker
As a youth assisted his father, Charles, and 60 honor German POWs train pack mules for use by the U.S. Army in WW II. After obtaining a BS degree in Agriculture, toured Europe on a cycle, for 3-months, while waiting for basic USAF training. After this training transferred to USAF Reserve to assist with a agriculture development project in S. Vietnam as part of an effort to help give credibility to the Peace Corps concept. Conducted several national development & security surveys in Third World nations. Patented a few self-help inventions and published several books to include: 1) "Ede" and ethnological study of the Rhade Montagnard tribe; 2) "Remote Areas Development Manual" for the Peace Corps, 3) "Civic Action Guide," for the U.S. Marines; 4) "The Universal Survival Handbook,: for volunteers working overseas in hazardous area, plus 5) 20 classified publications. Started an international agricultural development/ food security charity, Needful Provision, Inc. (NPI), in 1995. Directed the projects of this charity for 27 years. Was briefly the CEO of a public corporation. Had great learning experiences from three failed marriages. Have a number of children and grandchildren with successful careers making their own significant contributions to society. Battled the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in court, to stop a massive waste of tax dollars to construct and dam water for a barge canal all the way from the Port of Catoosa, in Oklahoma, to Denver, Colorado. Assisted in the training and resettlement of political refugees from SEA: Montagnard & Hmong. Used qui tam litigation to fine five banks undertaking acts of fraud against these refugees. Wrote a classified memoir to assist with training of new special forces personnel. Developed doctrine to assist in defeating the communist movement in the U.S. Survived seven assassination attempts by hostile elements. Greatest fear experienced was in hunting man-eating tigers in Vietnam. Several projects are recorded and documented in books; e.g. "The Fortunate Few," by T.J. Sagnier and "Vietnam's High Ground," by J.P. Harris (a distinguished historian). As a senior, continued a history of major political battles with corrupt politicians, worldwide.
