Six unlikely friends, outcasts with a diverse set of skills, are brought together to face off against a common enemy in the mind-bending new series The Watchers.
Raul Booth is a former US marine and small-town deputy who specializes in constitutional law, Jeffrey Snider is the son of a farmer from Pennsylvania, "Chogan" Potts is a full-blooded Siksika from the Blackfoot Reservation, Robin Fox is a fourth-year med student, Harley Ray is former CIA and DOD, and Duke Dunlop is a journalist who's just started working the desk. They have only one thing in common, and how they met was no coincidence.
One night, Raul receives a call from an old childhood friend who tells him a wild story of human experimentation in a small town deep in the Appalachian Mountains not far from where they grew up. Raul dismisses it, but a day later, his friend turns up dead in a motel room two hundred miles away.
When Raul arrives in the small town his friend described, it seems postcard perfect, and so do the people who live there. But as he digs into its history, he discovers the town square is fake, the police chief has secrets, everyone appears related in some way, and something nefarious is happening in the surrounding woodlands.
Then, seemingly coincidentally, Raul meets five others in town to inquire into his now-dead friend—but they quickly discover their meeting was no coincidence.
