About the Author

Michael Rudolph's career in law enforcement spans 30 years and two major police departments. For some years in between he was a stock broker. He has Master's Degrees in Psychology and Public Administration. Among his many professional credentials, he is a police instructor and a counselor for post-traumatic stress.
