Dean M. Busby, Ph.D., is director of the School of Family Life at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He and his wife Colleen have been married over 30 years and are the parents of three sons.

Jason S. Carroll, Ph.D., is associate director of the School of Family Life at Brigham Young University. He and his wife Stefani have been married over 20 years and are the parents of five children.

Chelom Leavitt, J.D., M.S., is a practicing lawyer and marriage and parenting educator. She and her husband David have been married over 23 years and are the parents of seven children
