About the Author

Tom Taylor is an Australian #1 New York Times bestselling comic book author, playwright and screenwriter. Each secret is kept by a pair of highly skilled warriors designated Keeper and Holder; when one pair's failure to abide by the Order's rules (which prohibit developing emotional ties) results in a child, they're granted barely enough time to name him Caspar before he's taken away and delivered to a facility where he'll be trained to serve the Order. Years later, just as Caspar begins to discover the truth about his parents, a group called the Seekers launch an all-out attack against the Order, forcing them to flee to an ancient sanctuary in Switzerland. As the Order regroups and prepares for war, Caspar can't help but wonder about the value of keeping a secret at the expense of his friends' and loved ones' lives.
