This book is designed to bring your awareness from the mind and thoughts to your connection with Oneness. Similar to Reiki, Massage, Meditation, Prayer, Yoga, etc... these poems cleanse your mind and expand your awareness beyond your body. These poems make you feel free and alive. Any poem in the book can be chosen at random to invigorate your day. The book can also be read by chapter as a teaching to steer you toward its hidden messages and your freedom. I have capitalized words within the poems to bring your attention to the transparency and Oneness that each of these words represents.

Imagine sitting on the beach and along comes a teacher of wisdom to point your attention to something you have forgotten. He reminds you of your connection with the sear, your connection with the sand and wind and the freedom that you have always known. This book is that teacher and you are the beach. This book will awaken the silent connection between you and the world. You will see your thoughts, others, and life as a pat of you and all fears and threats will be truly seen as illusions.

Hopefully, these poems will allow you to lose yourself in nature and life. You will become the things you read about. You will become the ocean, the wind and the surf. You will become free.
