Harley Turner was born and raised in Wisconsin, where she still lives with her husband and their five children.
As a young child, she often disappeared into the world of books and was never found without a notebook handy.
It wasn't until her grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015 that she was ready to share her writing with the world. Before then, everything she wrote was for her eyes only.
Her first books include the First Love Series (Summer Love and Autumn Goodbye) in which Marissa is a young girl who falls in love with a much older boy. Chad is the typical "bad boy" but Marissa doesn't care. The relationship is full of excitement and ultimately Marissa's first broken heart. You never forget your first love.
From the Corner of Her Eye is her first stand-alone novel. Kylie sees people who aren't really there. At first she tries to hide it, but with the help of her boyfriend Keith, she learns that the visions might not be that bad at all. What if they can help her uncover how someone truly died?
The Self Inflicted Trilogy (Self Inflicted, Scars Fade, and Reopening Old Wounds) is her current project. Aurora thought she would never move on after losing her mom to breast cancer. In a support group, she met Liam, who had also lost a brother to cancer. Liam falls in love with Rory, although she is marrying the abusive Erik.
When Harley isn't reliving her past in her writing, she is loving her present with her crazy kids! They love reading Batman comics (and watching it too), especially anything with Joker and Harley Quinn! She even had a Joker and Harley themed wedding!
