Elizabeth R. Lenz, PhD, RN, FAAN, is Professor Emeritus, Ohio State University College of Nursing, where she served as Dean from 2001-2013. Prior to assuming the deanship, she held faculty and academic administrative positions at Columbia University, Pennsylvania State University, University of Maryland, Georgetown University, and Boston College.


Lillie M. Shortridge-Baggett, EdD, RN, FAAN is Professor and Executive Director, Center for Nursing Research, Clinical Practice and International Affairs at the Lienhard School of Nursing, Pace University. She holds joint appointments at the Division of Nursing Science, University Medical Center, Utrecht, The Netherlands and Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia.
