Heather's faith journey has been blessed by walking through many hard places with Jesus. From the depths of
great valleys, the sincerest questions cry out to God. Lifelong challenges with chronic illness have taught her
the importance of honoring the body as a temple. Practicing medicine has taught her that God alone is all
powerful to heal both bodies and souls when science and human reason fall short.
Relational ministries like being a part of a local church and Young Life have heavily influenced her growth in a
community of believers, and in watching God reach out to the lost. She deepened the academic roots of her
faith while attending Phoenix Seminary which pressed her to explore and articulate what she believes.
She seeks to spend her life seeking to be present with Jesus and live out the abundant adventure He has in store.
