About the Author

Ryan Daley is considered to be one of the most sought after corporate consultants within the network marketing industry. Using a combination of his experience through consulting with networkers, corporate executives, and in running, writing, and managing compensation plans, in conjunction with his education and study of behavior – he has developed a unique perspective and ability to see the industry in a holistic setting.

When receiving his Associates in Behavioral Science, Ryan was honored as the Valedictorian; he also graduated Summa Cum Laude with his Bachelors in Psychology from Utah Valley University. Ryan also studied for his Masters of Business Administration at the University of Utah, while continuing his research on the psychology of sales in an incentive based environment (network marketing).

Ryan has consulted directly with some of the largest leaders and earners within the network marketing industry, teaching them how to maximize their earnings within their respective compensation plan. He has developed many compensation plans, adjusted even more of them to gain stability, and managed the development of many commission engine implementations through a number of software packages. Using his experience he has also directly consulted with numerous network marketing companies to aid in turning around or adjusting distributor behavior and increasing sales and company stability. He recently has been a Vice President of one of the largest growing network marketing companies in history.

Ryan is married with two children, and loves his family.
