About the Author

Mary Jane Barenbaum started writing about twenty years ago. She has been published in the Chicago based journal East on Central Poetry and Arts in 2006, 2007 and 2011. In 2009 her verse was selected for the contemporary anthology Poetry to Feed the Spirit: Poets of Central Florida. Her work is also included in volume two of Poets of Central Florida, titled Love and Other Passions, published in early 2012. She belongs to the Poets Corner writers’ group in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
