About the Author

Growing up in a family of eight, six girls and two boys, I became a world class worrier. I worried that I was not pretty enough and not smart enough. Across the street from the house I grew up in was the Methodist Church. I always worried that I was not a good Christian. I learned the Golden Rule and it always haunted me. I tried to live by it but I often failed to. Rather than sit and watch the change of seasons, and I could do that, I write Scribled Thoughts That Clutter My Mind. I now want to put these thoughts in book form. It may help me to understand and find answers to ultimate issues: Buddhism, Darwinism, Genesis and other theories, life, death, why I’m here, what should I be doing and how to make important decisions in my life.
