About the Author

R. M. KALRA (PhD, Education, Curriculum and Instruction Science Education, Temple University, Philadelphia) is Professor Emeritus, International Institute of Adult and Lifelong Education. Delhi. He has been Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Health Sciences, Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Professor Kalra has also served as Dean (Academic), National Institute of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), Head, Department of Measurement and Evaluation (NCERT), and Coordinator of Teacher Education Curriculum Project (NCERT). He has authored several books and presented numerous papers at national and international levels. He is a recipient of various international awards for outstanding academic contributions.
