Overview

Rick Lane coping with the death of his wife Annie, resigns from the Marines. His old Boss, General Long, now head of Clandestine Operations for Home Land Security, asks Rick to come to Washington to head up a team investigating drug smuggling operations and a possible assassination plot. Along the way, Rick uncovers traitors, assassins, blackmailed Government officials.

About the Author

Ken Fain joined the Marine Corps right after high school, and worked as a radio telegraph and field radio operator. Following his time in the service, he received his bachelor’s and master’s in education from Central Missouri State University. He is the author of “The Russian Connection,” and "Cassidy's Justice, and when he’s not working on his next book, he is usually on location for a photo shoot.
