Rushing Winter was taken at twelve, indoctrinated to his fate, conditioned to kill, trained to not exist. As the most potent graduate of the school, the most effective member of The Children, Rushing is given an assignment; find a dead man in a photograph. His search will lead him to the truth, about the good deeds of a dead man and the dangerous pursuits of a corporation bent on overthrowing the United States Government.
