About the Author

USA Today best selling author Lorana Hoopes is the author of both Christian romances and Children's early readers. She is originally from Texas but now lives in the PNW with her husband and three kids. Many of her books are set in Texas, close to her roots, and her Wishing Stone books are based on her three children.

Her Wishing Stone books have been picked up by several schools and used as a summer reading book. They employ a glossary of challenging words and a resource list at the end so children can do additional research. She will be adding a Christian line to the Wishing Stone series soon.

She has several contemporary romance series spanning women's fiction, small towns, football players, and billionaires. She also has a speculative fiction series and a romantic suspense series.

Story origin

This is the first book I've read by Lorana Hoopes, but it definitely won't be my last. I throughly enjoyed reading Run with My Heart. This book is a clean read that deals with anger issues, forgiveness, love, and most of all believing that God will help you. I loved all of these characters. I definitely recommend this book to readers of all ages. Grab your copy and see what kept me flipping the pages. I can't wait to read more books by this talented author.

The plot of this story was a great one that flowed beautifully. I hated at times to put my e-reader down but sometimes dinner for the family is essential. This story is written in my favorite dual POV. Getting into Tucker's mind really helped me to understand where he was coming from. This is a very sweet, clean Christian romance. I HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone. There were some great passages within this story that are very enlightening.
