Overview

Rorschach developed his inkblots almost a century ago. Unlike many tools of the trade, they have endured and have reached full scientific stature in psychology. Editor Andronikof (U. of Paris X) and contributors to the first section of this yearbook show how Rorschach's work can be applied cross-culturally in examples from India, Argentina, Brazil, Finland, and Spain. In the second section, contributors examine the application of Rorschach's work in groups differing in therapy suitability, and in family violence and immigration law. The volume closes with an essay asserting that the Rorschach comprehensive system is "reliable, valid, and cost- effective." The text is in English, with abstracts in French and Spanish. There is no subject index. Annotation ©2004 Book News, Inc., Portland, OR
