About the Author

I am captivated by ethnic cuisine, photography, politics and race horses. Have satisfied the first two of these urges by traveling the world with my trusty camera and ample appetite. I have participated in many political campaigns, including as a paid staffer in the 1980 presidential election. The proceeds from this book will help feed and train my horses.

My completed bucket list includes a published play and an appearance with an improv group.

My undergraduate history degree is from U. C. Berkeley, and my law degree from Boalt Hall. I practiced employee benefits law for over thirty years.
