About the Author

Rob Feenie is executive chef of Cactus Club Restaurants, where he designs signature dishes and mentors more than 20 Red Seal chefs and over 50 apprentices. In addition to publishing three cookbooks and starring in New Classics with Chef Rob Feenie on Food Network Canada for five seasons, he is most noted for defeating Chef Masaharu Morimoto on the Food Network’s Iron Chef America. He lives in Vancouver.

Mark McEwan is the owner of North 44 Caters, Bymark, one Restaurant, The Hazelton Hotel, Fabbrica and McEwan. He is the host of Fine Living Network’s The Heat with Mark McEwan and is head judge on Food NetworkCanada’s Top Chef Canada. He is also the author of Great Food at Home and Mark McEwan’s Fabbrica. He lives in Toronto.
