About the Author

Tony Watts is Director of the National Institute for Careers Education and Counselling (NICEC), Ruth Hawthorn, John Killeen and Bill Law are Senior Fellows at NICEC; John Kileen is also a Senior Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire. Jenny Kidd was formerly a Research Fellow at NICEC, and is currently Senior Lecturer in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck College, University of London.
