About the Author

Slate Dabney is a partner in the Financial Restructuring Group of King & Spalding’s New York office. He is a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy and an ABI director, and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 1991. He also is a director of the American College of Bankruptcy Foundation, co-chair of ABI’s Public Companies and Claims Trading Committee and an associate editor and contributing editor to the ABI Journal. Mr. Dabney has been selected to New York Super Lawyers since 2005. He graduated from the University of Virginia Law School in 1974.

Daniel Egan is an associate in King & Spalding’s Financial Restructuring Group in New York. He received his bachelor’s degree cum laude from Ithaca College in business administration and his law degree cum laude in 2007 from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a member of the St. John’s Law Review.

Stefanie Birbrower Greer is an associate in the Financial Restructuring Group in King & Spalding’s New York Office.

Richelle Kalnit is an associate in King & Spalding’s Financial Restructuring Group in New York, where she focuses her practice on the representation of secured and unsecured creditors in complex chapter 11 cases.
