About the Author

Sondra Kornblatt is a health and science writer and author. She developed the Restful Insomnia program in 2000 and has been teaching it in the Pacific Northwest ever since. She is a certified sleep coach with a degree in counseling and community affairs. She has certificates in hypnosis and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).
