Resistance is Fertile: Coffee bar haiku

Overview

This collection of haiku was collected and developed in a coffee shop over a couple of months. There are four themes; science, haiku, haicoo (comedic verse) and art. The science and art themes try to distil some information about famous scientists and artist, trying to capture them in seventeen syllables. The haicoo are play and words and hopefully amusing. The haiku are more serious in form, hopefully with a message.

About the Author

Slowly pulling together thirty years (oh god, its more, I'm that old) of writing. Previously published short stories and poems on line, now going down the self publishing route. About to publish book one of a children's illustrated poetic adventure book series. The haiku were a nice accident, suddenly found I had a large group and from these developed Resistance is Fertile as a theme. Lucky to live where I do with the support I have.
