Rena is 100 years old, and one morning she makes a coffee and sits and recounts her life with a young visitor, who happened to see her photograph in a newspaper. Born at the beginning of 20th century in a brothel at Chafteia, prostitute since 12 years old, Rena has love as he sole guide: the love for Markos, who intoduces her to Party, for Roula, who reveals the other aspect of love to her, for Vasilis, who picks up the pieces of her life and gives her a breath of hope before the deep darkness. From embrace to embrace, from passion to passion, Rena becomes unwillingly a piece of history – a bewildered dot in the crowd, from the tobacco workers strike in Saloniki and its bloody conclusion, to Dekembriana, the exile in the deserted islands, the revolt of Techical university. Rena lights up anothert cigarettet, fills again the glass, and unfolds her history – and the memory lives up, becomes a company.
