Overview

Gunnar Isaacson, a berserker who faints at the sight of his own blood, works as a US Marshal in Old West Wyoming territory. Vowing his current assignment will be his last, Gunnar resigns, wanting nothing more than to live a quiet life away from death and destruction.
But one fateful train ride home brings him face-to-face with Nora, a captivating scarred beauty with mismatched eyes and indomitable spirit, and delivers tragedy to his door. Suddenly, Gunnar's thrown further into the life he wanted to leave behind. He's forced to deny or embrace who he is or risk watching loved ones die and losing his chance at claiming his 'true mate.'

About the Author

Born the 2nd oldest of 6 children, she grew up often escaping to her bedroom to read, draw, and write. Somehow, she managed to graduate high school and even continued her education by being granted a Theatre scholarship and earned her degree in pretending to be someone else. After graduating, she served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Toronto, Canada.
Upon returning to the U.S., she earned her Cosmetology License so she could run with scissors and not get yelled at. To really finish the deal, she became a certified Media Makeup Artist.
In 2006 she married her husband who she met while they both worked in a magical far off land the locals call 'The Home Depot.' Now on the search for the ever-elusive Sasquatch, they live in the Pacific Northwest, where her husband is from. When she's not writing stories or speaking fluently in movie quotes, she enjoys drawing, painting, and spending time with her handsome husband and their dog.
