About the Author

Ethel's book-writing journey began years ago when she was doing work for her church in Columbus, Ohio. On occasion, she was asked to write a poem related to the death of church members. Ethel found it was easy to write a poem about someone she knew, and before she knew it, she was being asked to write poems for birthdays, anniversaries, and other occasions.

Her love for writing increased with the onset of cancer that invaded her life. She prays that someday, her poems and writings will continue to be enjoyed by family, friends, and anyone who has suffered from a debilitating disease. She hopes that her book serves as an inspiration to prove that with God, all things are possible.
