Kris Spears has 14 years as a Naturopathic Doctor and 28 years in the advertising and marketing industry. Her mission is to empower every individual to take control of his/her health, wellness, & prosperity. Kris states, “My passion is helping people, whether it’s their business or their health.”

Helping other people to understand the results of their DISC Personality Style assessment, Facilitate/Teach/Lead DISC sessions in your company or with your clients. Her extensive training includes DISC applied to leadership at work, Conflict Resolution using DISC, DISC applied to time management, Family resources – DISC applied to family situations and Ministry resources – DISC applied to ministry.

Kris’s experience in the advertising profession includes 9 years at the helm of her full service marketing and advertising agency Spears & Associates, LLC. In 2005, after over 18 years working for Corporate America she opened a full service marketing and advertising agency where she brought 2 Harley Davidson dealerships of over 800 to the top 10 from near the bottom. She has won several Gold, Silver and Bronze awards called “Addys” for various clients for production, campaigns, and creative design including “Best of Show” in 2011.

Her greatest joy is in being happily married to her husband Gordon and Stepmother to his three tremendous children and grandmother to six grandkids and one great granddaughter. Following at a very close second to my family is the faith people put in her and her ability to help them achieve their best in health and prosperity.

In 2013, after complaining of neck pain from arthritis, Kris was gifted three FGXpress PowerStrips™ which resulted in her being pain free. About 6 months later Kris was introduced to Lisa Griggs. Their relationship began with Lisa teaching Kris how to talk to network marketers. The friendship blossomed and they found they had opposing talents to share with each other and a beautiful business, Progressive Sciences LLC, was born.

Lisa Griggs is a entrepreneur's entrepreneur. She has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience specializing in start-ups, strategic partnerships, and business development. Her passion for business and seeing others have more control of their lives, while walking in their purpose and destiny has led her to help thousands of women and men get into business for themselves, while at the same time using her own ideas to found and participate in over 10 start up companies and non-profits herself, all which are still operating.

In 1993, at 20 years of age, Lisa founded and launched her first company - Party Gals, Inc. based in Las Vegas, NV. She recruited and trained a sales force of over 10,000 women. The company has grossed millions of dollars in sales and has grown to become the largest and fastest growing party plan business in direct selling.

In 1998 a visit to Maui led to a permanent move, Lisa became passionate about helping the less fortunate in the islands and Pacific Rim. In 2000 she persuaded her local K Mart to give her shoes for the local families and their children. In doing so she realized the bridge that could be created with National Corporations, local businesses and the community. Out of this birthed her first 501-3c non-profit International Harvest Foundation in which she was responsible for starting and help fund over 50 Bless A Block chapters around the world, including the United States, Latin America, Pacific Rim, Africa and Asia.

Life took a big turn when Lisa became the mother of 3 children. She started homeschooling and committed her life to local ministry with children, and those that were struggling in a down economy in Las Vegas.

In 2011 Lisa had heard about the Stem Cell industry and decided to get back into direct selling with a company selling Stem Cell related products for Skin. The company became her training ground again to share ideas and build a sales force for what has now become one of the largest direct selling companies today doing $200 million in sales it's first 2 years in business.

Realizing that the Stem Cell industry was the wave of medical and beauty Lisa decided in 2012 to challenge herself from her garage in California with another start up. Securing funding with just an idea and her relationships, she partnered the top biochemist in the world in skin care and Stem Cell Neuro scientist from Cedars Sinai in Beverly Hills. The relationship resulted in her signing a $5 million dollar contract selling the licensing rights to a direct selling company based in Texas.

At the end of 2013 Lisa was introduced to the Fgxpress leadership and their product “PowerStrips™”. She was so impressed she put marketing her own skin care line on hold. Even though she was not familiar with selling, marketing, and distribution medical devices she did believe the medical professional community would wildly embrace the PowerStrips™ and that if a simple system could be taught and applied, networkers like herself could be the revenue generators, medical professionals as distributors, and patients as the customers.

A few months into building her business in Fgxpress Lisa was introduced to her business partner Dr. Kris Spears. The relationship has become a match made in heaven. Together they have garnered the respect of the FGxpress company leadership, their peers, and the medical community by producing a 3rd party pain management publication called Progressive Sciences. The publication endorses the PowerStrips™ and highlights doctors they have recruited into their FGxpress businesses and that are using them in their practices with their patients. Today, the publication has spun off into Lisa Griggs and Dr. Kris Spears co-writing the first 'How To' book created for your FGxpress business.
