About the Author

Thomas Goebel has been awarded the Realtor Emeritus which is the distinction of "experience" awarded by National Association of Realtors for 40 or more years. He as formerly a Certified Property Manager and therefore struggled with the income and expenses, including real estate taxation while operating a variety of property. Mr. Goebel has a degree in Business Administration, Management from Eastern Michigan University. Currently Thomas has a weekly Radio show WNZK 6;90 am on Fridays 11am to noon. Also Mr. Goebel authors a column on Real estate in the American Senior Gazette. He is a past president of the Realtor Land Institute Chapter #1, Past President of the Institute of Real Estate Management Chapter #2, Past President of the Plymouth Business network, the loving husband of Kathleen for 33+ years and the loving father of Brian and John Goebel, a couple of remarkable lads.
