About the Author

Dr. Richard Hanzy is the author behind the R.A.W Series of Books. He is a father, Christian, Minister, psychotherapist, fisherman, mental health and family advocate, and a social media influencer. His work is across multiple disciplines, broadly addressing the narrative of human experiences.
His experience as a psychotherapist, unique background, and perspective have led Dr. Hanzy to be able to speak and present across panels in community workshops, colleges, and grade schools. He has completed his Ph.D. in Psychology, Ph.D. in Human Services, Master’s in Psychological Counseling, and Master’s in Christian Theology with a focus on biblical interpretation, and a Bachelor’s in Sociology with an emphasis on social services.
The best way to describe Dr. Hanzy is through the unconditional love that he has for his family and friends, as well as those that he serves. His work and passion are predicated on pushing those around him to be their absolute best. His goal is to empower everyone to live a life where they master their emotional roadblocks, overcome their disabilities and intrusive thoughts, and have the faith to face and master any challenge in their life without fear and anxiety!
