About the Author

Mohammed Garuba is a lawyer based out of Lagos Nigeria. Over the years Mohammed's interests have taken him to many ends of the earth and led him to discover his love for the arts. As an avid reader Mohammed stumbled upon photography which became a lifelong habit. Over time this interest led to an appreciation and collection of art works and sculptures. Furthermore his collecting of beauty led to his recognizing and gathering many of the beautiful quotes, stories and proverbs that he would hear in his adventures.

Mohammed has done various work for governments, private collectors, museums, localities and more. His many exhibitions have been well attended and sponsored by the Government of Lagos - including his most recent one - which was a a walk through of Lagos over the past 50 years.
