CÉSAR VIDAL es historiador, escritor y comunicador norteamericano de origen español.  Doctor en Historia –premio extraordinario de fin de carrera–, Derecho, Filosofía y Teología, ha recibido numerosos premios relacionados con los medios de comunicación y literarios como, entre muchos otros, el Premio de Novela Histórica Ciudad de Cartagena (2000) por La mandrágora de las doce lunas; el Premio Jaén (2004) por El último tren a Zúrich, el Premio CCEI (2005) por la misma obra, el Premio Espiritualidad 2004 por El testamento del pescador, el Premio Ciudad de Torrevieja por Los hijos de la luz, el premio Harold Kregel (2021) por Apóstol para las naciones, y Premio Club de periodistas de México (2021) por el programa La Voz.  El Dr. Vidal conoce dieciséis idiomas y ha traducido, al español, a diversos autores como el Premio Nobel ruso Alexander Solzhenitsyn. En la actualidad dirige el programa de radio La Voz que es escuchado por millones de personas a uno y otro lado del Atlántico y preside la plataforma de TV «Cesar Vidal TV». El Dr. Vidal considera que la crisis que sufre la sociedad actual es, fundamentalmente, de carácter espiritual y, por ello, es pesimista sobre la posibilidad de que pueda ser solventada por instancias políticas, sindicales o económicas. CÉSAR VIDAL is an American historian, writer, and communicator of Spanish origin. Doctor in History –extraordinary end-of-degree award–, Law, Philosophy, and Theology, he has received numerous awards related to the media and literature, such as, among many others, the Ciudad de Cartagena Historical Novel Award (2000) for La mandrágora of the twelve moons; the Jaén Prize (2004) for The Last Train to Zúrich, the CCEI Prize (2005) for the same work, the Spirituality Prize 2004 for The Fisherman's Testament, the Ciudad de Torrevieja Prize for The Children of Light, the Harold Kregel Prize (2021) for Apostle for the Nations, and the Mexican Journalists Club Award (2021) for the La Voz program. Dr. Vidal knows sixteen languages and has translated various authors into Spanish, such as the Russian Nobel Prize winner Alexander Solzhenitsyn. Currently, he directs the radio program La Voz, which is heard by millions of people on both sides of the Atlantic, and presides over the TV platform «Cesar Vidal TV». Dr. Vidal considers that the crisis suffered by today's society is fundamentally of a spiritual nature, and he is pessimistic about the possibility that it can be solved by political, union, or economic bodies. He believes, however, in the indescribable effects that a personal relationship with God, following the teachings of Jesus, and obedience to the Holy Spirit can have on the human spirit.
