Overview

Plagued by recurring nightmares of a crime he felt compelled to commit, Josh Parnell seeks solace in all shapes and forms. Once his inner angst and guilt overflow into his family life, he finds the courage to confess the killing in a Catholic confessional. Unbeknownst to him though, he confesses it to a priest who is the son of his victim... which causes a climatic crisis of conscience that plays itself out amidst the multitude of parishioners on a packed Sunday mass' church service.

However, the way it resolves only reverses the roles between sinner and saint, guilt and guilty, and only forgiveness enables all to heal.
