About the Author

PARAMJEET KAUR DHILLON received her Ph. D. degree from the University of Delhi. She got a W.H.O. fellowship for doing her post-doctoral research in England. She is at present a Reader in the Department of Applied Psychology University of Delhi, South Campus. Her area of interest is Applied Social Psychology and Organisational Behaviour. She has to her credit a fairly large number of research papers published in professional journals and as book chapters. She is an active researcher and participates in national and international conferences and seminars.
