About the Author

Aradhana Shukla, is Professor of the Department of Psychology and Campus Dean (Faculty of Arts) at Kumaun University Campus Almora. She pursued her studies from Gorakhpur University and served as Asstt. Research Officer at Department of Paediatrics, BHU and Post Doctoral Fellow (UGC) at Gorakhpur University. She has been serving in Kumaun University since Twenty six years. She has authored ten books and completed seven research projects along with two in progress. Many of her research papers have been presented in national and international journals and seminars. She is in the editorial board of many journals and delivered key note address in two national seminars.
