PROVING THE DEITY OF JESUS
Whereas God’s angels and godly men refuse to be worshiped, Jesus received all the worship that is due to God alone. He did that right from his childhood and all through his earthly ministry. Why does He do so if He is not God? Interestingly, He enjoys the approbation of the Father. Could Jehovah Himself be in the conspiracy; given that He also commanded his angels to worship Jesus? (Heb 1:6).
“In answer Thomas said to him: “My Lord and my God!” (John 20:28). Thomas, one of the disciples, calls Jesus God. Truth or blasphemy? Note that God is written with an upper case ‘G’ to designate the SUPREME God. If Jesus is not Lord and God, why does He not correct or reprove Thomas as He just did when Thomas doubted? Is disbelief more offensive than blasphemy? Is falsehood a smaller sin?
“…They will look on me, the one they have pierced, and they will mourn for him as one mourns for an only child, and grieve bitterly for him as one grieves for a firstborn son” (Zach 12 : 10). Jehovah said He was pierced. We see the fulfilment in Jesus of Nazareth. How come? Is Jesus the Jehovah of Zachary’s Prophecy?
“But unto the Son he saith, thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever:” (Heb 1:8) God the Father is calling Jesus ‘God’. If the Father himself recognises the deity of Jesus, who are we to deny that Jesus is God?
This book in two volumes proves beyond reasonable doubt that Jesus Christ of Nazareth is the Lord God Almighty Himself that came down to us as man. You can discover for yourself overwhelming, irrefutable, undeniable, indisputable and incontestable proofs about the deity of Jesus. All these in a new method of approach, and in an original style. Christian or non-Christian, you need to read this book.
