Ben C. Scheible, Esq. is a graduate of Stanford University and McGeorge Law School. Ben's list of past achievements include holding a California real estate broker's license, a long career practicing real estate law in California, and working as an award-winning tenured community college professor. Ben stays current in the real estate industry via his offering of continuing education real estate classes. In his free time, Ben enjoys telling jokes and talking shop with his daughter who is a state senator.

Contributor Mark Johnson has been in the real estate space for over 30 years. He earned his Master of Business from California State University, his Bachelor of Science from Colorado State, and numerous other certifications. He has authored several books for real estate professionals including “Up In Your Business, The Art Of Productivity,” “One Helluva a Move – Don’t Settle For Safe,” and “From Willing To Eager.”

With deep real estate industry experience, Mark has grown significant enterprises in the real estate space, including the 35th largest real estate firm by volume in the United States. As the former Brand President and CEO of JPAR – Real Estate, under his leadership, he and his team grew the firm nearly five times in size in 5 years, with nearly $8 billion in sale and 24,000 annual transactions.
