Jerry W. Fleming (D.Phil.) has served as Chief Executive Officer for three companies. He earned his doctorate from Oxford Graduate School in Dayton, Tennessee, where he wrote his dissertation on the relationship between morality and the earnings of publicly held companies. He and his wife, Sonin, live in Sanibel Island, Florida.
