About the Author

Joyce Lincoln is the grandmother of 6 and great grandmother of 5. She is a chaplain, an artist and writer. Her two sons are both involved in emergency services. She lives in Myrtle Beach, SC. Joyce is also active in her churches and her community and especially in the arts communities. She often writes from the experiences shared with her grandchildren. All of her children's books refer to the imaginary land of the kingdom of Ladybug Land. Ladybug was the nickname of her first grandchild.
