A young deer becomes his friend and promises to show him the world beyond Acorn’s pasture fence. The two of them encounter other wild animals, and have a bit more of an adventure than they bargained for.

Written by well-known children’s author Luke Hayes, this short, amusing tale is perfect for kids aged 6 to 9. It makes great bedtime reading for younger children, too.
