About the Author

Lois C. Henderson has postgraduate qualifications in library science and teaching, in a range of backgrounds, from basic to higher education. She believes that working as a freelance editor and back-of-book indexer for various higher education institutions, and for a variety of largely educational publishers, has given her insight into how to select the key terms in a text. For the past five years, she has been reviewing books, largely for BookPleasures.com, which has enabled her to make contact with publicists, publishers and authors around the world. Her qualifications include a BA (English) Honours, an MA in General Linguistics, a Higher Diploma in Library and Information Science, and a Higher Education Diploma (Postgraduate).
