He has worked with such organizations as Salesforce, Microsoft, Intel, Oracle, Deloitte, Exxon/Mobil, Schneider Electric, Myriad Genetics, Kaiser-Permanente, Alaska Airlines, and the FBI. He has been a featured speaker at leadership conferences in twenty-two countries.
