About the Author

Zillah Davis was born in Frankfurt, Germany. When she was nine years old, her father retired from the US military, and her family moved to the United States. They bought their home in Colorado, where her parents still live. At the age of twenty, Zillah moved to Seattle, Washington, and became fascinated with the use of herbs and natural healing. After learning to make her own herbal remedies and products, she used them to help heal others. Writing poems and crafting faeries is something else she loves to do. Later in life, Zillah was faced with hardship and managed to escape through her imagination. She began to write and created a series of Pineville children’s books. Pineville: The Healing Garden is her first book, the place where it all began.
