About the Author

S. Monique is a native of Shreveport, La. She is a graduate of American Commercial College, Shreveport, Louisiana where he has earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Management and Computer Sciences. She has also received Certifications in Esthetics and Esthetics Instruction (Educator) from Guy’s Academy: Hair, Skin, & Nails, Shreveport, LA.

S. Monique practices the lifestyle of Holiness and worship. She the founder of Designed & Purposed for Destiny Shreveport, Louisiana—a ministry established to mentor, develop, and build the confidence the members in Body of Christ by helping them to recognize and understand his/her purpose so that they may be effective in completing the Divine assignment on his/her life. As well as love the wounded to life. Through this ministry, she extols, blesses, and praises God for His greatness.

S. Monique is a licensed Esthetician & Esthetics Educator, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, educator, wellness coordinator, and author. She has 3 children: Johnathan, Ja’Kiron (deceased), and Kevin.
Though she was raised in the grand old Church of God In Christ, S. Monique has faithfully served the Kingdom of God by preaching and teaching the infallible Word of God since the age of 19. She started by teaching the children’s Sunday school classes. She facilitated a campus Bible Study at Southern University at Shreveport. She currently evangelizes and facilitate a weekly Bible Studies. She answered the calling to preach at the age of 25. Through preaching, she is inspired to proclaim the uncompromising, infallible Word of God. She is a devote member of the Love Fellowship Worship Centers, Shreveport, LA. She serves as an Elder and Executive Secretary under the leadership of Bishop Peter & Pastor Eraka Sasser who are the Senior Pastors and founders. After a lengthy illness she was elevated and ordained an Elder in 2015. She has traveled to various states ministering and preaching God’s Holy Word.

Her trust is deeply rooted in God. She does nothing of herself. All the glory and recognition belong to the Majestic One, The Creator, Jehovah God.
