About the Author

Rebekah Bernard MD is a Family Physician and physician/owner of Gulf Coast Direct Primary Care in Fort Myers, FL. Dr. Bernard graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Sociology and received her medical degree from the University of Miami. She completed her residency at Florida Hospital in Orlando. Dr. Bernard is the author of "How to Be a Rock Star Doctor," and a national speaker on physician wellness and practice management.

Steven Cohen PsyD is a Clinical Psychologist and the owner/director of The Center for Psychology in Fort Myers, FL. Dr. Cohen graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Psychology and received his doctorate in Psychology from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology. He completed his residency at Children's Hospital of Michigan and Detroit Medical Center. Dr. Cohen is a specialist in physician wellness and work-life balance, and an expert in emotional expression and body language.
