About the Author

Krista Camacho Halligan was born in Tamuning, Guam. She has lived in many different places around the world, but finally settled in Northern California where she now lives with her husband Mitch and her favorite small people, Allison, Ava, and Liam. Privileged to work and teach classes at a local stamp, art, and scrapbook store, Krista met many fabulous artists and was exposed to a variety of mediums. Her work has been featured in many publications, including Spectacular Cards, Make Spectacular Books, and Super-Simple Creative Costumes from C&T Publishing, alongside Scrapbooks & Beyond and Hidden Treasures. Upon the arrival of some small people, Krista's artistic career took a backseat to motherhood. She is now a very content (and tremendously busy) stay-at-home mom who squeezes art in between dance, music, gymnastics, preschool, and potty training (the small people, that is).
